We Care Workshop, April 29, 2023
April 29, twelve ladies met at the Sardis Library to spend the day sewing for We Care. The weather was lovely, almost too hot, and everybody was in good spirits. Wanda had kits prepared for everyone who wanted one, and Bev had spent the last weeks digging through squares and putting together more kits. There was no shortage of material, and we had backing and binding pieces to choose from.
Wanda brought delicious muffins, and Janet made sure we had coffee and tea available. It was a fun day with a few finishes and lots of flimsies to be finished at home. Some people even took extra kits home with them. Thank you to everyone who joined us to sew for We Care, we appreciate your support.
